Personalizing Messages in Your Campaign

In this guide, we'll walk you through the process of personalizing your campaign messages step by step.

Customizing your campaign messages is an effective way to increase engagement and connect with your leads.


Access the 'Personalize' Option

  1. To start personalizing your campaign messages, go to the top right corner of the message box in your campaign setup.
    ​

  2. Click on the 'Personalize' button to access the customization options.


Choose Your Personalization Preferences

In the 'Personalize' section, you'll find several options to choose from:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Company

  • Position

  • Industry

Select the specific details you wish to include in your messages. This customization helps make your outreach more personalized and engaging.

⚠️ When you add Company or Industry snippets to your messages, Meet Alfred will automatically fetch the relevant information from the lead's LinkedIn profile. This ensures that your messages are tailored to each recipient.


Editing Messages After a Campaign Has Started

You can always make edits to your messages even after a campaign has begun.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Pause the campaign to make adjustments and corrections.

  2. If you need to edit messages in an active campaign, click the three dots next to your campaign and select 'Details.'

  3. In the campaign details, locate the blue 'Edit Sequence' pencil button in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.

  4. Make the necessary edits to your messages.

  5. Don't forget to click 'Save' once you've finished editing.
