How to Manage Your Notifications

The Notifications Panel offers an optimized user experience through distinct views for effective management

πŸ”” Notification (Bell) Icon πŸ””

The bell icon appears in the main menu bar. If you have unread notifications, a red dot (unread indicator) will appear.

Side Panel

Clicking on the bell icon opens a side panel on the right side.

This panel displays your last 50 notifications.

  • Use the available filter to show only unread notifications.

  • To mark a specific notification as read, click on its row.

  • Navigate to the full "See all notifications" page via the dedicated button.

  • Use the three dots button to open the Notifications settings.

All Notifications Page

In this option, you can see all your notifications listed with pagination.

  • The filter to show only unread notifications is also available here.

  • A "Mark all as read" button allows you to remove the unread indicator from all notifications with a single click.

  • To mark a specific notification as read, click on its row.

  • The notifications setting panel is available in the right side button.

Types of Notifications and its Permissions

You can manage which alerts you want to receive and set permissions through the Notifications Settings section:

πŸ”‘ Access Settings πŸ”‘

In the notifications panel, you can see the button for open notifications settings on the right side.

You can also access the settings when checking all your notifications.

πŸ”“ Enable / Disable Notification Options πŸ”’

You can enable or disable any notification options.

πŸ”” Payment Reminder Notification πŸ””

A notification will appear 7 days before your subscription renewal date, and this is only visible to the owners of the team.

πŸ”” LinkedIn Disconnection Notification πŸ””

You will receive an alert when your personal LinkedIn account is disconnected from Alfred.

⚠️ Important Note ⚠️

This notification works for individual accounts only.

Team Owners won't be notified about member disconnections.

πŸ”” Shared Template Notification πŸ””

You will receive a notification when a team member

creates and shares a new Template (Sequence or message) with the team.

Pro Tip : Disable Low-Priority Alert

To keep your panel clean and focused on critical events (like a LinkedIn disconnection), navigate to the settings and disable any notifications that aren't crucial to your daily workflow. πŸ™Œ
