You can personalize your messages when inviting or sending a follow-up message.
Following these steps:
Step 1: When creating a campaign, click on the "Personalize" button located on the top right corner of the message box.

Please note: When adding Company or Industry snippets from your messaging. It will grab the details on what is available on the lead's LinkedIn profile.
However, you can always edit information even after a campaign has started. Simply pause the campaign and correct any details.
If you need to edit messages from an active campaign simply click the three dots from your campaign and select Details.
Then click on the blue edit sequence pencil button in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Once you're done editing remember to click on save.
