Once you've added a member they will receive an email inviting them to join your team.

Click the link on the email containing 'Accept Invitations' so you will proceed on next step. Then you'll see the 'Sign up to accept your invite button'.

The next page will be asking for your team member's login if it's an existing user, click on Create an account if they haven't signed up yet.

If they haven't received an email invitation they can check it from the junk/spam folder. Make sure that they use to sign up with, is the email address you use to invite them and not a new one. In that case, they will not be added as a member of your team it will prompt as a pending invite even they've already accepted it.
