Create, Save and Manage messaging templates right inside of your account. This feature is 100% editable.


There are three types of templates to choose from:

  • Personal- are the ones that you create and manage.

  • Team- are the ones that are shared by your team members which you can also share with your team as well.

  • Library- is a library of hundreds of message templates we've created as a sample for you to get inspired by copying and cloning.

Manage and save your templates within the seven different categories and access them at once in the 'All' tab.

Categories:

1- Sales

2- Marketing

3- Networking

4- Recruiting

5- Outreach

6- Appointments

7- LinkedIn Specific


To get started:

Step 1: Click on 'Templates' on the left side panel of your Alfred dashboard.

Step 2: Click on 'Create Template'

Step 3: Give the template a name, enter all of the details you'd like to include in the template, and save.

  • You can assign the template a category using the drop-down.

  • Modify and personalize the template using the 'Personalize' button or attach a file using the clip icon.

Pro Tip: You can also add a subject line in your template when creating messages for Email or InMail messaging only. Once done you can click on the SAVE button to proceed.

Important to note: There's an 8,000 character limit for creating messages. However, some message types such as connection requests are capped at 300 on LinkedIn and 280 within Alfred.
