Save time for you and your team by leveraging Meet Alfred's Templates feature, whether you're creating campaigns or replying to messages in your inbox.


Using Templates in Campaigns

  1. To begin, create your campaign and select the desired steps.
    ​

  2. When adding a step that involves messaging, simply click on the 'Templates' button.

  3. Choose a category and click on the dropdown menu for 'Search Template'.
    ​

  4. Select the desired template and a preview will be shown on the right.

  5. Finally, click on the 'Add' button.
    ​


Using Reply Templates in Your Inbox

  1. Go to your Smart Inbox and select a contact you'd like to message.

  2. At the bottom of the message section, click on 'Templates.'

  3. Select you're preferred template for your reply and click 'Add.'

  4. Once done, click 'Send' to dispatch the message.
