Manage Your Subscription / Plan

Learn how to easily upgrade or downgrade your plan. Follow the steps in this guide to make adjustments according to your needs.

Changing your Meet Alfred plan is a breeze! Whether you want to upgrade for more features, add or remove seats/accounts, change your current billing cycle, or downgrade to a simpler plan o just follow the simple steps.

To customize your subscription, navigate to 'Settings' > 'Billing'.


Edit Your Current Subscription/Plan

  1. On the Billing page, locate and click on the 'Edit plan' button.

  2. After reviewing your plan options, select the plan that you desire or change the number of seats of your current plan and click the 'Confirm plan change' button to proceed.

⚠️ Be sure to check the boxes confirming your agreement with our Terms of Use and Refund Policy before finalizing the changes.


Cancel Your Subscription/ Plan

  1. On the Billing page, locate and click on the 'Edit plan' button.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to locate and click the 'Cancel Subscription' button. This will prevent any further charges to be made. This will prompt a pop-up message titled "Delete Meet Alfred Account." Take a moment to read and comprehend the message.

3. Please select the reason for cancellation from the available options. Additionally, you can provide any additional details that will help us better improve our services for other customers.

4. Locate the 'Cancel and Delete' button and click it to proceed.

⚠️ If you choose to cancel, please note that your account will not be immediately deleted if there are remaining days in your billing cycle. You will still be able to use the services included in your plan until the deletion takes place on the renewal date.


Change or Edit Your Payment Details

To ensure uninterrupted services, it's essential to keep your payment details up to date if your credit card has expired or you've got a new one.

To update your payment details, follow these simple steps:

  1. On the Billing page, locate and click on the 'Update Credit Card' button.​

  2. Enter the new credit card details and click on the 'Update Credit Card' button to save the changes.

And that's it! Your payment details are now successfully updated.


How to Find Your Invoices

  1. On the Billing page, scroll down to find a list of all your invoices.

  2. Click on any invoice number under "Invoice ID" to view and download the PDF invoice.
