Manage Your Subscription / Plan: Billing page

Learn how to easily upgrade or downgrade your plan. Follow the steps in this guide to make adjustments according to your needs.

Changing your Meet Alfred plan is a breeze! Whether you want to upgrade for more features, add or remove seats/accounts, change your current billing cycle, or downgrade to a simpler plan o just follow the simple steps.

To customize your subscription, navigate to 'Settings' > 'Billing'.


Change Your Current Subscription/Plan

  1. On the Billing page, locate the 'Subscription Plan' tab and click on the 'Change Plan' button.

  2. After reviewing your plan options, select the plan you prefer by clicking on the 'Change Plan' and then 'Yes, Change Plan' to Proceed.

  3. Accept our Terms of Use and No Refund Policy to apply and save your changes.


Edit Your Current Subscription/Plan

  1. On the Billing page, locate the 'Subscription Plan' tab and click on the 'Edit plan' button.

After reviewing your plan details and making the necessary adjustments, please accept our Terms of Use and No Refund Policy in order to apply the changes.


Once accepted, click on the 'Confirm Change' button to finalize the changes.



Pausing Your Subscription

If you need a break from your subscription, you have the option to pause it for 30, 60, or 90 days. Here's how it works:

  1. On the billing page, locate the 'Subscription Plan' tab, scroll to the bottom of the page to locate it, and click the 'Pause Subscription' button. ​

  2. Please select the duration for pausing your subscription, choose a reason, and be sure to check the terms and conditions box to confirm your changes.


  3. Once accepted, click on the 'Confirm Pause Subscription' button to finalize the changes.

⚠️ This pause can only be used one time during your subscription.
Your billing will stop during the pause, and it will automatically resume once the pause period ends.


Change or Edit Your Payment Method

To ensure uninterrupted services, it's essential to keep your payment details up to date if your credit card has expired or you've got a new one.

To update your payment details, follow these simple steps:

  1. On the Billing page, locate the 'Payment Method' tab and click on the 'Update Credit Card' button.

  2. Enter the new credit card details and click on the 'Update Credit Card' button to save the changes.

And that's it! Your payment details are now successfully updated.


How to Find Your Invoices

  1. On the Billing page, locate the 'Billing History'.

  2. Click on any invoice number under "Invoice ID" to view and download the PDF invoice.


Cancel Your Subscription/ Plan

  1. On the Billing page, locate the 'Subscription Plan' tab, scroll to the bottom of the page to locate and click the 'Cancel Subscription' button.

    This will prevent any further charges to be made. This will prompt a pop-up message titled "Delete Meet Alfred Account." Take a moment to read and comprehend the message.

2. Please select the reason for cancellation from the available options. Additionally, you can provide any additional details that will help us better improve our services for other customers.

3. Locate the 'Cancel and Delete' button and click it to proceed.

⚠️ If you choose to cancel, please note that your account will not be immediately deleted if there are remaining days in your billing cycle. You will still be able to use the services included in your plan until the deletion takes place on the renewal date.
