Master Replies and Streamline Conversations

In this article, we will cover the steps to track and manage replies from your leads generated by MeetAlfred campaigns.

Stay on top of conversations effortlessly within your MeetAlfred account.

When you launch a campaign, MeetAlfred will detect replies from your prospects, leads, or connections. It will promptly pause the campaign for that specific contact, allowing you to decide whether to take over the conversation manually or continue with the campaign sequence.

Below are the listed ways to locate your replies.


Dashboard Replies Overview

  1. Navigate to 'Analytics' > 'Dashboard' to see a recap of the latest replies to your campaigns.

  2. Click on the 'Go to Replies' button to view the full list.

Replies Page

In 'Conversations' > 'Replies', you'll find a comprehensive list of replies detected by MeetAlfred.

From this page, you can:

  • Export replies

  • View conversations on LinkedIn

  • Directly reply to prospects

  • Return prospects/leads back into a campaign.

  • You can also select prospects in bulk to perform the return-to-campaign action.


Inbox

Your MeetAlfred account comes equipped with a smart inbox connected to your LinkedIn conversations.

You can manage your conversations in real-time by heading over to 'Conversations' > 'Inbox'.

Here, you can search through conversations and filter by 'Replies' to continue the conversation without needing to open your LinkedIn profile in a separate tab or window.


Campaign

You can also view your replies by heading to the campaigns you created.

In the analytics view of the campaign, you'll notice a 'Reply' and 'Replay Rate' column on the right.

Clicking on this will open the 'Leads' tab inside the campaign overview, where replies can be seen under the 'Messages' column.
