Meet Alfred allows you to create and schedule social media posts for Instagram.

⚠️ Make sure that your Instagram account is a Professional or Business account.
Connect Your Instagram Account
To get started, go to 'Settings' > 'Integrations' and click on the 'Facebook' tab.
1. Head over to Facebook and choose the business page you manage. Now, click on 'Linked Accounts' and select the 'Connect Account' button.
2. Back in your Meet Alfred account, on the 'Facebook' Integrations tab authorize your Facebook account.
3. You'll then see a list of connected Facebook pages and Instagram accounts. Choose your desired account, click on 'Get Instagram Details', and click on 'Save'.
Once the integration is successfully set up between Meet Alfred and your Instagram account, you're good to go for creating awesome social media content.
