With Alfred's Tag Manager feature, you can create, delete, edit, and assign colors to the specific tags for your connections and leads.

Creating tags and assigning colors

To create a new tag click on 'Tag Manager' located on the left side panel of your Alfred dashboard.

Click on the 'Create Tag' button.

A pop-up window will appear that will allow you to type in the preferred name of the new tag and assign a color.

Once done, click on 'Create' to save the new tag.


Once created and saved, the new tag will immediately display on your Tag Manager screen along with the color selected.


How to delete tags

To delete a specific tag, click on the 'Tag Manager' button on the left side panel of your Alfred dashboard.

Then click on the (X) 'Delete tag' button on the right side of the tag you wish to delete.

A pop-up warning message will appear letting you know that the action cannot be undone. If you wish to proceed simply click on the 'Delete' button.

Please note that once the tag is deleted the tag will be removed from all contacts that were previously assigned.

How to edit the tag

To edit a specific tag, click on the 'Tag Manager' button on the left side panel of your Alfred dashboard.

You'll see the 'Edit tag' pencil icon on the right side of your tag. Select the edit tag icon for the tag you wish to edit.

A pop-up window will appear where you will be able to edit the name and the color of the tag. Once done, click on 'Save'.

Please note that once you edit the tag, the change will be applied across all contacts who had the tag assigned.
