As an Enterprise account owner, you have the privilege of enabling exclusive features for your team. These features are designed to enhance collaboration and efficiency within your team, making your MeetAlfred experience even more powerful.

This exclusive capability is available for our Enterprise plan.

To access additional team settings, simply navigate to 'Settings' > 'Team > Team Settings'.


Sharing Leads Across Accounts


By enabling this feature, you can streamline your lead management process by sharing leads across different campaigns within your accounts. This will allow you and your team to efficiently target duplicate leads across various member campaigns.

To turn this feature on or off, follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit the 'Team Settings' tab.

  2. Click on the toggle option next to 'Share leads with team members.'


Access Inboxes While Impersonating Accounts

Manage conversations and access inboxes while impersonating to stay connected and engaged with prospects across your team's accounts. This powerful feature enables account owners and admins to maintain seamless communication with prospects from the MeetAlfred Smart Inbox and Replies page.

To turn this feature on or off, follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit the 'Team Settings' tab.

  2. Click on the toggle option next to 'Allow viewing inbox when impersonating.'

Stay Informed with Integration Status Email Notifications


Enable email notifications to stay updated on integration status. These notifications are available for account owners and admins, providing valuable insights into your team's performance.

To turn this feature on or off, follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit the 'Team Settings' tab.

  2. Click on the toggle option next to the notification options.
