What happens when a lead has completed all campaign steps, but the campaign is still active?

After a lead has completed all campaign steps, Alfred stops performing any actions on them.

If you want to keep sending messages, edit the campaign and add a new step. Alfred will then run this new step for those leads.


How are leads affected when a campaign is archived or deleted?

Archived campaigns will be readily available for future use without any impact on leads - who can be recycled for other campaigns.

Deleted campaigns, however, will be permanently removed from our system, along with lead information. You can always move leads to a new or active campaign before archiving or deleting them.


What is the difference between archiving and deleting a campaign?

Archiving a campaign preserves it in your account for future use, while deleting it eliminates it permanently.

Once you delete a campaign, there's no way to recover it.
