MeetAlfred offers a powerful tool called the "Excluded" feature in your account. This feature allows you to control the recipients of your messages, giving you greater outreach control.

To access your Blacklist, navigate to 'CRM' > 'Excluded'.

Adding Contacts to Blacklist

1. You can add prospects or contacts to your Excluded list from the Leads, Connections, Direct Reply, or Inbox page.

2. On the selected page, you'll find an 'Exclude' button next to each prospect/contact. Turn on this button to exclude the chosen prospect from receiving any messages created with MeetAlfred.

Managing Your Excluded List

Once you've activated the 'Exclude' button for a contact, you can easily manage your blacklist from the dedicated Blacklist page.

Visit the Blacklist page by clicking on the 'Excluded' tab or button. This page contains all the contacts you have excluded.

Here, you'll be provided with filtering options such as first name, last name, and more. This makes it easy to find and manage specific prospects in your blacklist.

To remove a contact from your Excluded list, simply toggle off the 'Exclude' button for that contact. This will allow them to receive your messages again.
