Impersonating a team member’s account allows you to manage their LinkedIn activities directly from your own Meet Alfred dashboard—without needing their login details.
📌 Note: This feature is only available on Agency, Enterprise and Teams plans.
How to Impersonate an Account
Option 1:
Navigate to the profile bar at the top of your screen
Select the account you want to impersonate from the dropdown menu
Option 2:
Go to the Team or Team Stats page
Click on the Manage User button next to the desired account
Owner - Can impersonate all accounts in a team
Admin - Can impersonate accounts except for Owner
Member - Cannot impersonate all team members
What You Can Do While Impersonating
While impersonating another account, you’ll be able to:
Set up and manage integrations
Create and launch campaigns
Access and respond from the Smart Inbox
Manage campaign replies and lead interactions
View performance stats and activity logs
