1. Login to your Google account.
2. Go to 'Manage Account' and click on 'Security' (https://myaccount.google.com/security).
3. Go to 2-Step Verification and set the app password
4. Copy the generated password and click 'Done.'
5. Go to Gmail settings and enable IMAP.
Go back to White Label Custom Email Set up Guide and enter the credentials provided below.

SMTP
SMTP Server: smtp.gmail.com
SMTP Username: your Gmail address
SMTP Password: the password generated in the previous steps without spaces.
SMTP Port: 587 if you enable TLS, otherwise 465
IMAP:
IMAP Server: imap.gmail.com
IMAP Username: your Gmail address
IMAP Password: the password generated in the previous steps, without spaces
IMAP Port: 993
