Connect your Outlook or Microsoft 365 email to Meet Alfred to send branded emails from your own address—whether it's for system notifications (White Label) or campaign automation (Email Integrations).

🔐 Step 1: Enable Two-Step Verification in Outlook
Click “Security”
Locate “Two-step verification”
Click “Turn on” and follow the prompts
You’ll need to verify using your phone or an authenticator app
🔑 Step 2: Generate an App Password
On the same additionl security options page, scroll to App passwords
Click “Create a new app password”
Copy the 16-character password shown (no spaces)
Click Done
🔒 You’ll use this password in both the SMTP and IMAP password fields in Meet Alfred—not your regular email login.
Step 3: Enter Your Email Settings in Meet Alfred
Go to either:
Settings > Integrations> Email, or
Team > White Label > Custom Email
Then enter the following:

IMAP is enabled by default on Microsoft accounts—no action needed.
Click Test in Meet Alfred to make sure it’s working and then save your settings to activate your integration
