Core Functionalities & Data Mapping

Overview

Once connected, the Salesforce integration ensures your contacts from Meet Alfred are seamlessly transferred into your CRM, keeping your pipeline structured and easy to manage.

Lead Creation

By default, all contacts exported from Meet Alfred are created as Leads in Salesforce.

This helps maintain a consistent workflow and allows you to manage and convert leads using Salesforce’s standard process.

Exporting Contacts in Meet Alfred

You can export contacts in two ways:

  • Manual
Export individual contacts or entire campaign lists directly from your dashboard

  • Automated Sync
Automatically send contacts to Salesforce as they are captured in your campaigns

The export process works similarly to other CRM integrations within Meet Alfred.

Data Fields Included

When exporting contacts, the following details are synced:

  • First & Last Name

  • Job Title & Company

  • LinkedIn Profile URL

  • Email Address (if available)

  • Phone Number (if available)

⚠️ Important: Duplicate Management

Meet Alfred does not handle duplicate records.

All duplicate detection and merging are managed within Salesforce.

To keep your data clean, we recommend setting up Duplicate Rules and Matching Rules in Salesforce based on your internal processes.
