Personalize your MeetAlfred account interface

Enhance your MeetAlfred experience with our White Label feature. This special capability is exclusively available for our Enterprise plan and can only be activated by an Account owner role.

With White Label, you have the power to:

  1. Personalize your MeetAlfred account interface.

  2. Customize your Domain for a unique Login Experience.

  3. Set up SMTP Integration for personalized emails.

To access your White Label feature, navigate to 'Settings' > 'White Label'.

Keep in mind that any changes you make will be applied to all accounts under your Team.


Customize Your Branding

To customize MeetAlfred's Interface branding, follow these simple steps:

  1. On the White Label page, switch on the toggle button to enable White Label.

  2. Under the 'Branding' section, click on the drop-down arrow.

  3. Add your company name

  4. Upload your logotypes Favicon, Logo Icon, and Logo in PNG, JPG, or SVG format.

    Favicon: This small icon appears next to your page's title in browser tabs, toolbars, bookmarks, and browser history. (Max size: 16x16px)

    Logo Icon: Replaces the MeetAlfred logo on the upper left-hand corner of your MeetAlfred account with your own company logo. (Max size: 72x72px)

    Logo: This logo will be used in email notifications and replace the MeetAlfred logo. (Max size: 232x48px)

  5. Click on the color fields to use our color picker or type in your preferred color code. The right side of the screen will show you a preview of how the interface will look with your changes.


    Colors to customize:

    • Menu Color: Applies to the navigation of the app.

    • Accent Color: Highlights the "create" button and selected icons and pages in the navigation panel. Also applies to toggle buttons.

    • Secondary Color: An alternative accent color used for floating action buttons, selection controls, descriptive text, links, and underlines.

    • Error Notification Banner Color: Used to inform users of a Critical Error (example: disconnections)

    • Warning Notification Banner: Color: Used to inform users of an in-between status or warning (example: paused due to working hours)

  6. Once you are happy with your changes, click "Apply Branding Settings" to save them.

Remember, you can always turn off your custom branding by toggling the 'White label' button.

Your branding changes will be saved, so when you toggle it back on, your custom branding will reappear.
